1- The prices are not inclusive of postage and packaging (p&p) but we have no problems
if you would like to arrange for pickup to save on the delivery cost.
2- Prospective buyers are to check with us and agree on
the p&p prior to finalising the purchase.
3- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, exchange of items (no refunds, unless faulty) will be entertained only if we are being informed
immediately and goods returned and received by us within 5 days of delivery. Cost of delivery for returns will again be borne by the purchaser
(except for refunds of faulty items).
Therefore
we strongly encourage you to check with us details regarding the product ie size/design etc prior to placing your order.
4- Some simple steps to follow to complete your purchase:
i- place booking by quoting us the product code (and colour/size) by sending
an email to tiayacollections@yahoo.co.uk and provide us with your preferred
delivery method and ship-to address.
ii- confirm your booking by paying into our bank account (account no will be
advised separately upon receipt of your email in (i) above)
iii- we will deliver to you within 2 weeks from the date
of payment
